Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all bookings made on the SARL Andochris Immobilier website. Any booking implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS by the client. SARL Andochris Immobilier reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion and without obligation of justification.
1. Object of the Rental
The contract concerns the seasonal rental of a furnished tourist accommodation (beachfront studio) with a maximum capacity of 2 people. Compliance with this capacity limit is mandatory.
2. Rates, Tourist Tax, and Payment
Nightly Rate: Rates vary according to seasonality. The client shall refer to the seasonal dates and rates table available on the website.
Tourist Tax: A tourist tax per person and per night is applicable in addition to the nightly rate. It is calculated and added to the total amount during the booking process.
Terms: Full payment must be made online via the secure Stripe platform. The booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been verified and confirmed by our services.
3. Cancellation Policy and Procedure
All cancellation requests must imperatively be sent by email to: contact@andochrisimmobilier.com. The date the email is received shall prevail for the application of the following conditions:
Low Season and Special Occasions: Free cancellation until the day before arrival (11:59 PM).
Mid and High Season: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, no refund will be issued.
4. Security Deposit and Damages
No advance security deposit is required. However, the client expressly authorizes SARL Andochris Immobilier to charge the credit card used for the payment (via Stripe) for any amount necessary for the restoration or replacement of equipment that is found to be damaged, broken, or stolen after departure.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
6. House Rules and Client Obligations
Prohibitions: Strictly non-smoking studio, no pets allowed, parties and events are strictly forbidden.
Cleaning: The studio must be returned clean (floors, sanitary facilities, and kitchen cleaned; dishes washed and put away; trash emptied). A cleaning option is available during the booking process. If this option is not selected and the studio is returned dirty, cleaning fees may be charged.
7. Liability
Andochris Immobilier cannot be held liable for technical malfunctions beyond its control (internet network, water, or electricity outages, or issues related to the neighborhood/building management).
8. Disputes
Any dispute regarding the execution of these terms shall be brought before the competent court in Montpellier (France).
